Artyarns is Iris Schreier's hand-dye studio in New York, and it works only in luxury fibre. Cashmere 1 is a pure cashmere laceweight, Cashmere Eco half recycled cashmere at DK, and Ensemble Light an even silk-cashmere blend. Merino Cloud puts cashmere into a fine merino for a sweater-weight that still feels like the good stuff. For shawls, Silk Mohair Glitter runs a thread of Lurex through kid mohair and silk, and Mohair Ombre fades a two-ply from one shade to the next. Every skein is hand-painted; we keep an order's skeins to one lot.
