More from Blue Sky Fibers
Blue Sky Fibers, out of Minnesota, built its name on Organic Cotton: a thick, soft, undyed-or-gently-dyed worsted cotton that is the standard for baby blankets and washcloths, with an Organic Cotton Sport for lighter work and Sweater, a superwash wool and organic cotton blend, for garments that need some spring.
The wool side is Woolstok — a bouncy fine highland wool in heathered colours, at worsted, Light fingering and super-bulky North — and the alpaca side is Metalico, a baby alpaca and silk DK with a sheen, Suri Merino and the alpaca laceweight Prairie. Extra is a baby alpaca and merino worsted put up in 150 g skeins for sweaters. We match dye lots on every Blue Sky line.
