New from Crystal Palace Bamboo Star Needles are impregnated with a natural tropical vegetable wax which hardens them and gives them a pleasant feel. The wax treatment allows for a smooth, hard finish that is not slippery, but helps to prevent stitches from sliding off the needles. These needles have many of the same qualities with "original" Crystal Palace bamboo needles, but are at a substantially lover price.
