Spring / Summer Yarn

Summer yarn is plant fibre and silk: cotton, linen, bamboo and their blends, which breathe, wash easily and stay cool. They have little stretch, so a swatch tells you more than the ball band does.

Lightweight wool is not off the table — a laceweight merino shawl is a summer evening's wrap.
