Atelier Zitron is a small German mill that works only in extrafine merino and says exactly where it comes from. Feinheit is an ultrafine superwash merino fingering — soft enough for a baby, washable, and a favourite for lightweight sweaters — and Form & Farbe is the opposite end of the scale, a super-bulky slubbed merino for a scarf in an hour.
