Please read carefully our Terms and Conditions as they applies to use YarnCountry.com (the “Site”). By placing an order you are indicating that you are agree with following Term and Conditions.

YarnCountry.com is a property of Yarn Country, LLC. YarnCountry.com reserves the right of changing following Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

  1. Copyright

 

All content of the Site (including to site design, images, product descriptions or other content of the Site) is owned by YarnCountry.com and protected by copyright law and can not be used for any commercial purposes  without written permission from YarnCoutry.com

 

  1. Registration and Customer information

 

You must provide us with some personal information in order to register on the Site and make purchases. As described in our Privacy Policy, your personal information will only be used for order transactions purposes and will not be shared, sold or rented to third parties.

 

  1. Method of payments, credit cards

 

At this time we are only accepting payments on web site by credit cards. You can make a payment by using any of following card types:

 

o       Visa

o       Master Card

o       American Express

o       Discovery

 

We will make an authorization of the order amount in time you click “Place you order” button on the site, but we will not charge your card until your order is ready to ship or during next 30 (thirty) days after that at our convenience.

 

  1. Sales tax

 

YarnCountry.com is registered in Washington state and we have legal obligation of collecting sales tax for all orders shipped within Washington state. The Site will add 8.9% to your order during checkout process. The tax will be added as separate line and the amount will be added to the total before you place the order.

 

  1. Shipping

 

Most of the inventory we have presented on the Site is in stock and will ship during 1-2 business days from the time you placed an order. If any items in you order are not in stock we will contact you on how you’d like to proceed with the order.

 

At this time we are offering US Postal Service and UPS shipping for all orders. Based on size of you order you will have number of choices with prices for each method of shipping. You must select one of them to complete the order. Once selected, shipping charge will be added as separate line and the total for your order will be adjusted and showed to you before you place the order.

 

For USPS shipping we are offering USPS Priority and USPS Express Mail. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days for delivery. Express Mail is a next day delivery in most cases.

 

Please consult UPS.com about actual delivery times as we are using descriptions provided by UPS to offer you a choice of delivery options.

 

 

  1. Return policy

We respect your right of returning yarn. We will never ask you any questions. Please review following rules of our Return Policy.

 

At this time we can not accept returns for the following items:

 

  • Book and patterns
  • Needles and hooks
  • Some accessories
  • Closeout sales 

 

You can return yarn within 30 day from the shipment day of your order in resalable condition.

 

To return yarn you must contact us and receive Return Authorization Number (RAN). No  returns without RAN will be accepted.

After receiving your return we will refund the card you used to place an order for the price of returned yarn. Refund will be issued within up to 30 days from the day we receive your return. Unless the return is because of our mistake, we will not refund shipping cost. Please note that if you recieved your order with Free shipping, we will charge the actual shipping cost (the amount we paid for the shipping) in case of return.

 

We don't offer exchanges. We issue a refund according to our rules. Please place a new order for the yarn you wanted in exchange.

 

We reserve the right of not accepting the return if returned yarn does not meet our resalable conditions requirements.

 

  1. Product images and Actual products

 

We are doing our best to provide you best possible images of the products (especially yarn) we are offering on the Site and create most realistic impression of the products. Even with that, the way you will see the images will mostly depend on the setting of your monitor. YarnCountry.com is not responsible if the actual yarn will look different from what you see in on your monitor.
