Noro

Noro yarns are spun in Japan by the company Eisaku Noro founded, and are known for long, slow color changes that move through a skein like a painting — stripes that knit themselves without a single yarn change. The spinning is deliberately uneven and rustic, so the fabric has texture as well as color.

Kureyon is the 100% wool aran-weight classic; Silk Garden blends silk, kid mohair and lambswool at the same weight with a softer, lighter hand. Because the colors flow along the strand, working from two balls at once evens out the sequence in larger pieces.
