Following are the questions our customers usually ask. Please check if we have an answer to your question on this page already.
Do you guaranty the same dye lot for the same yarn?
Yes, we always send the same dye lot for the same color of the yarn. If the same dye lot is not available and cannot be quickly reordered we will contact you to ask if the lot is critical for your project.
Can I request a specific dye lot for my order?
Yes, you can. We have a Special Instruction field on Checkout page (not available with Google Checkout). You can put a request about specific dye lot there. Please mention if you just prefer that lot or only need the yarn if the dye lot is available.
I didn't receive order confirmation from you? Did you receive my order?
Out site sends Order Confirmation email upon completion the order.
Sometimes our emails can not pass your SPAM control. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to allowed senders list in you spam filter.
Another problem can be with misspelled email address. Please make sure you type in valid email when you're placing an order. In both cases you can always check order status here.
Do you have printed catalog I can order?
No, we don't have printed catalog. Please see our site for the products we have in stock.
Can you wind yarn for me?
Sorry, we don't wind yarn. We are focusing on getting orders shipped as soon as possible.
When my order will be shipped?
Most orders ship the same or the next business day. Our site shows Estimated Shipping dates for every order at the bottom of Shopping Cart page and Checkout page.
How much will shipping cost for my order?
Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and where it should be shipped. Our site can calculate shipping cost before you start placing an order. Please add what you'd like to order to the cart and click Proceed to Checkout button. On Shopping Cart page please enter your zip code. Click Calculate Shipping and our site will request available shipping rates for you.
How long will delivery take?
For domestic orders we offer two type of shipping via US Postal Service: First-Class Mail (for small packages up to 13oz only) and Priority Mail. Both types are quite fast and usually delivered in 2 - 3 days anywhere in US, but US Postal Service doesn't guarantee delivery time.
For expensive and heavy orders we also offer delivery via UPS Ground. It usually takes from 2 - 3 days for delivery to West Cost up to a week to East Cost.
For all types of shipping we will provide tracking information.
When do you process credit card payments?
We only charge you Credit Card when your order is ready to ship. Please note that PayPal doesn't support it and processes transaction upon placing an order.
Do you ship outside US?
Yes, we do. You can now complete your international order online. We offer Global Priority Mail and Global Express Mail (EMS). Our site can calculate shipping cost before you start placing an order. Please add what you'd like to order to the cart and click Proceed to Checkout button. On Shopping Cart page please select your country and click Calculate Shipping and our site will request available shipping rates for you.
Will I have pay customs and other fees when I receive my order?
You may have to. Please note that for shipments outside U.S., the total does not include customs, brokerage, and other fees, which differ from country to country. Those changes will be collected at the time of delivery by the shipping company. Please consult your local law about those fees.
What king of positions are available?
